Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Fomogram, including our website, crypto news intelligence features, market data tools, FOMO Score, FOMO Tracker, source analytics, user profiles, alert settings, premium subscriptions and related services.

1. Service Description

Fomogram provides AI-powered crypto news intelligence. The platform aggregates crypto news from multiple sources, analyzes sentiment and market relevance, identifies related assets, generates FOMO Score, tracks post-news market reaction and provides source-level analytics.

Fomogram may also offer optional user profiles, watchlists, saved news, notification preferences, premium instant alerts, API access, data products and advertising or partnership features.

2. No Investment Advice

Fomogram does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.

All news, FOMO Score, sentiment analysis, market impact data, Impact Match, alerts and other analytics are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.

3. Accuracy and AI Analysis

Fomogram uses automated and AI-assisted systems to analyze news and market data. These systems may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or misinterpret information.

FOMO Score, sentiment direction, Impact Match and market impact classifications are analytical indicators, not predictions, guarantees or trading signals.

4. Market Data and Delays

Crypto market data may be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate or affected by third-party providers. Fomogram does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free market data.

5. User Accounts and Profiles

You may access public Fomogram content without creating an account. Some personalization features, such as watchlists, saved news, alert preferences and premium notifications, may require a user profile.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Fomogram may offer paid premium features, including instant browser push notifications for selected high-FOMO or market-impact news.

Payments and subscription management may be processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, billing frequency, cancellation and renewal details are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.

If a subscription is canceled, expires, becomes past due or is otherwise inactive, premium features may be suspended.

7. Push Notifications

Premium instant alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. Fomogram does not guarantee that notifications will be delivered, delivered instantly or delivered before market movement occurs.

Browser, device, network, operating system, push provider or third-party service limitations may affect notification delivery.

8. Third-Party Content and Sources

Fomogram aggregates and analyzes content from third-party news sources. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its original publisher.

Fomogram’s analysis of a news source or article does not represent endorsement, verification, investment recommendation or approval of that source.

9. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Fomogram may display advertisements, sponsored placements or partnership content. Sponsored content will be labeled where applicable.

Advertising does not influence FOMO Score, Impact Match, AI sentiment, news ranking or market impact classification.

10. API and Commercial Use

You may not scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit Fomogram content, data, scores, analytics or APIs without written permission.

Commercial API, data, widget or partnership usage may require a separate agreement.

11. Intellectual Property

Fomogram’s brand, logo, design, software, AI-generated analysis, scoring systems, datasets, analytics and platform interface are owned by Fomogram or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute Fomogram materials without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Fomogram is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fomogram is not liable for trading losses, investment losses, missed opportunities, data errors, delayed notifications, technical failures or third-party service interruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
